What this site collects
One thing, and only if you give it: your email address, when you join the launch waitlist. Alongside it we store the time you signed up and — if you tick the clinician box — a yes/no flag that you work with clients. That's the entire record.
We deliberately do not store your name, IP address, device details, or anything else with it.
What it's used for
Launch news about Nearward. A handful of emails. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with anyone, and no health-related questions are ever attached to your address.
Where it lives
In key-value storage on our Cloudflare account — the same infrastructure that serves this site. No third-party marketing platform holds your address today; if we adopt an email-sending tool at launch, it will be bound by this same promise and every email will carry a working unsubscribe link.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookie-free measurement tool that gives us anonymous, aggregate counts (how many visits, from roughly where, on what kind of device). It does not identify you, follow you across the web, or build a profile.
The app is a separate story
The Nearward app, when it ships, will have its own privacy policy. Its architecture keeps practice data on your device; nothing you do in the app touches this website's waitlist, and nothing on this waitlist ever links to app data.
Remove yourself, right here
Enter the address you signed up with and it is deleted from the waitlist immediately — no confirmation email, no questions.
Age
Nearward is being built for adults (18+), and this site and waitlist are intended for adults.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and any meaningful change will be noted in the next waitlist email.
